In multimedia application systems, there is often a need for long-distance, distortion-free parallel transmission of HDMI digital video signals, audio signals, and control signals. However, when using ordinary cables for long-distance transmission, issues such as weak output signals, susceptibility to interference, and blurred, tailing, or color-separated images often occur. Additionally, the transmission distance is limited, and multiple cables are required to transmit these signals simultaneously, which cannot meet the long-distance transmission requirements of multimedia information distribution and other applications. Using an HDMI optical extender completely solves these problems, with transmission distances ranging from 1 meter to 80 kilometers. At the same time, optical extenders offer advantages such as low attenuation, wide bandwidth, strong anti-interference capability, high security, compact size, and light weight, making them incomparably advantageous for long-distance transmission and special environments.
