Additionally, the transmission distance is limited, and multiple cables are required to transmit these signals simultaneously, which cannot meet the long-distance transmission requirements of multimedia information distribution and other applications. Using an HDMI optical extender completely solves these problems, with transmission distances ranging from 1 meter to 80 kilometers.
