Changchun Metro Line 2 (Changchun railway transportation Line 2) runs through the east-west direction of the city, mainly pass massive passenger distribution centers including Changchun west station, Culture square, Yatai garden residence area, Changchun economy and technology develope district, etc., is backbone line of railway networks. Total length of the line is 36km, the train is made up of 6 units. The line is scheduled to open and run on August 30, 2018.
